We really want you to like what we create for you, so we're willing to put in extra time to get it just right.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Vamos Travels will be happy to work with you to perfect the itinerary to fit your desires. If after working with our team you remain unsatisfied, then we will offer a return or store credit on your merchandise within 30 days of purchase (certain restrictions apply) minus transaction fees.


Refunds of processing fees vary between payment processors.

Stripe - Full refunds include transaction fees and partial refunds include a pro-rated portion of the fees. Refunds don't include processing fees.

PayPal - Full refunds include transactions fees and most of PayPal's processing fees, excluding PayPal's fixed transaction fee. Partial refunds include a pro-rated portion of the fees, but not PayPal's fixed transaction fee.
